The loss of a love one is painful, devastating and difficult to accept. The Samuel N. Smith Sr. and The Maude Marshall Smith Families regret to announce the sudden death of Lesley M. Smith on 4/2/16 at 12:30 pm. at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, Washington DC.
She is pre-deceased by her father Samuel N. Smith Jr. and her mother Jennifer Smith. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her Fiancé Jerry Sion, Sister Kristina Smith Caesar (Fred), Brothers Michael Smith (Maxine), Roosevelt Smith (Rose), Sam S. Smith (Natasha), her Goddaughter Adrienne Scott, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends in the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Liberia and the United States.
Our beloved transitioned from this life into God’s loving arms and may God be praised. She was a quiet, loving and caring person who will be greatly missed and will forever live in our hearts including those whose lives she touched. Lesley is dwelling in the secret place of the Almighty. The family greatly appreciates all of your prayers, support and expressions of sympathy.
