 Ephraim W. Smallwood, Jr.
"The Lord gave and the lord hath taken away;blessed be the name of the Lord" Job 1:21...The Smallwoods of Arthington,Liberia along with all of our relatives and close friends announce the death of Ephraim W. Smallwood, Jr., son of the late Cllr. Ephraim W. Smallwood, Sr., and his widow,Carmella Bishop Smallwood (Newport). Father of Carmella Vedrinna Smallwood and Alfred Baron Smallwood.
Ephraim received his wings on March 31,2017, and will be sorely missed. He was brilliant, loved life,friends, family, and was also a "people person".
Ephraim was burried in Liberia on April 29,2017. A memorial service is scheduled for him in Atlanta, Georgia. Details as follows:
