profound grief and sadness, the family, relatives
and friends announce the untimely homegoing
of our mother, sister, aunty, cousin and friend,
Sarah Kema Slocum which occurred on the 4th
of December 2010 in Staten Island, New York,
USA.
Sarah
was predeceased by her husband, Alexander J.
B. Slocum, and is survived by her children:
Geneva Slocum Morris (Joseph) and William R.
Slocum. She will also be remembered by her brother,
Moses Street, sisters Nancy Kamara (Alfred)
and Mary Shaw, two sisters in law, Williette
R. and Ruth Slocum and a host of other love
ones. She touched the lives of many people with
her smile, love, integrity and faith.
