 Fred K. Sherman
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Fred K. Sherman announces his death on June 30, 2019. Formerly of Monrovia, Fred lived in Toledo, Ohio since 1980. Very active in his church, All Saints' Episcopal Church, he became a lay preacher. He worked for the Ohio Department of Mental Health for 20 years, his last position as a case manager. He retired due to illness in 1998. He was preceded in death by parents Varney and Virginia Sherman, brothers John and G. Fole Sherman and sister Mietta White. He is survived by his wife Sue, son Matthew Bockart, sister Hawa Knuckles, Aunt Marinda Sonii and many in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
