It is with profound sadness that the Little White Chapel by the Wayside Church and the Edward Pailey Sherman families regret to announce the death of Bishop Edward Pailey Sherman. This sad event occurred on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 7 a. m. at Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham, Maryland, U. S. A.

Bishop E. Pailey Sherman was the Senior Pastor of the Little White Chapel by the Wayside, Silver Spring, Maryland. He served as Pastor for 29 unbroken years. He was also Founder of the Glory of God Church.in New Kru Town, Bushrod Island, Liberia.

He is survived by his wife, Susannah Kpanneh Slewion Sherman. Five (5) children:
Dredd, Ophelia, Jaewilaye, Cecil and Esther. Fourteen (14) grandchildren, the Little White Chapel Family and hosts of relatives and friends in Liberia, U. S. A. and the U. K.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
