Mrs. Edith R. Shepherd

The Shepherd, Henries, and Wesseh Families of Liberia, Sierra Leone,  United Kingdom and the USA, Announce the Passage to Eternity of our Dearest Mother, Aunt and matriarch Mrs. Edith R. Shepherd in her 97th year.

She went peacefully to rest after a brief illness on March 7, 2015 at her home in Paynesville Joe bar.

  Ms Shepherd or Nurse Shepherd was a Long time Retired Director of Medical Service at the BTC, Former Director of Maternal and Child care services Old government hospital Mamba point (MOH), Professional Registered Nurse and Certified Midwife.

Funeral arrangements are as follows.

Removal from the Samuel Stryker Funeral Parlour is on Wednesday March 30th at 5pm.

Wake Keeping is from 6.00 p.m 8.00 Pm  at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church Paynesville

Funeral Service is on Thursday March 31st at  10.00 am at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.

Internment follows at Duazohn Cemetary
