 Victoria Beatrice Sancea
Victoria Beatrice Sancea, age 73, of Locust Grove, died on Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was born in Cape Palmas, Liberia to the late Charlie B. and Charlotte Sancea.
Ms. Sancea is survived by her son, Momolu O'Brien Sancea and his wife, April, of Locust Grove; sister, Mary Sancea Thomas of Liberia; and grandchildren, Isabell Sancea, Aubrey Sancea and Ellery Sancea.
Victoria was an amazing woman. She was kind, selfless, strong, and principled. She was tough, measured, loving, and fair in everything she did from raising her only son to managing an office at the World Bank. She was always willing to give perspicacious advice, and did so with the utmost kindness. She was loved by many and will be missed by many.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at St. James The Apostle Catholic Church with Father Liam Coyne officiating.
Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
