The Samuels, Smallwood, Paygai, George, Molee, and Buwu families announce the untimely passing of their brother, father, nephew, cousin, and grandfather Paul B. Samuels. The sad event occurred at his home on October 14, 2018 in Monrovia, Liberia. He is survived by his four children: J.D., Lionel, J.B., and Judith Samuels; two grandchildren: Ten siblings: Benjamin A. Smallwood (Josephine), Wede George, Jatty George, Jah George (Emile) Josephine Samuels-Edoukou (Miezan), Anita, Francis, Esther, Patrick, Regina and a host of other relatives to include uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews in the U.S.A., Europe, Ivory Coast and Liberia.
