It is with heavy heart and deep sorrow that the Gould, Railey, Smith, and Page families announced the home going of our beloveth “AUNT CIA”. This sad event occurred at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Monrovia, Liberia on Friday, June 28, 2013.
She was predeceased by her parents William Gould and Louise Page Gould Lloyd, stepdad, Johnnie Lloyd, brothers George, Roland and Aaron, son Edgar Railey and grandson Frederick Williams; aunts: Cecelia Gould Dennis, Emily McCauley, Kaisah Page, Sarah Page; and uncles: George Kandakai, Solomon Page, William Page, and Sonny Page.
She leaves to mourn her loss her husband: Ishmael B. Railey, Sr.; children: Doris (George), Evangeline (Winder), Geraldine, Williametta (Jonathan), Henry (Merma), Quaye (Janet), Elizabeth (Gondo), Pastor Benjamin Wiles (Faith), Hester, Gloria (Emmanuel), Matthew. Sisters: Sarah Gould, Eugenia Dennis Tabla, Rhodell Lamandine, and Comfort Pritchard. Brother: G. Wellington Davies. Aunts: Massa Quaye Gould and Etta Mars. About 40 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and her Church family.
