Pratt
The
family and friends of Clara Pratt announces
with profound regret and sadness the death of
their beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother,
sister and friend. This sad, but glorious home-call
occurred on Monday August 10, 2009, in Lagos
Nigeria.
Grandma
Clara Pratt was born on August 12, 1924, in
Grand Bassa County: Buchanan, Liberia. She leaves
to mourn her loss four grandchildren, five great-grand
children, brothers, nieces, nephews and a host
of relatives and friends in Liberia, and the
USA.
Grandchildren
residing in the United States and Liberia are
Mrs. Mena Dennis-Adams, Mrs. Patience Blay-Attoh,
Mrs. Fatumata Soukouna-Dennis, and Ms. Faith-Beatrice
Morris.
Great-grandchildren
residing in the United States and Liberia are,
Rachael B. Jallah, Oliver G. Saywah, Yeatoe
E. Dennis, Denny Attoh, Teeme Garpou and many
other children and grandchildren who affectionately
came to know her and referred to her as “Ma-Clara.”
Brothers
residing in Liberia are, Mr. George J. Pratt
and Rev. J. Edwin Lloyd
Ma-Clara
was well loved and will be dearly missed by
all who knew her. Eternal rest, grant unto her,
O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
