It is with thanksgiving and sadness that we
the Outland and Coleman families announce the
passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather,
son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin, Major
Roland Outland. This sad event occurred on Wednesday
July 29, 2009 at the J.F.K. Medical Center in
Monrovia, Liberia, after a period of brief illness.
He is survived by his wife: Martha Boimah-Outland,
Children: Roland Outland(Seaneh), Vevian Outland-Brown(George),
Venita Outland-Acolatse(Elliott), Olwyn Outland-Woheel(William),
Christine Outland-Dolo(Allison), Izetta Outland
and Agustus Outland, his Mother: Henerietta
Coleman-Outland, his silbings: Raymond B. Outland,
Emmett D. Outland, Christine Outland-Calphen,
Victoria P. Outland, Ruth B. Outland, Wynston
L. Outland, Genevie Outland-Gould and a host
of other relatives and friends of both America
and Liberia.
