 Mrs Gillian Loba Tulay Moore
The Moore, Tulay, Russell, Kesselly and Ward families announce with profound sadness the passing of Mrs. Gillian Loba Tulay Moore. This sad event occurred on August 12, 2016 at the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital after a brief illness.
Gillian leaves to mourn her passing her children, Sando (Roslyn), Jacquelyn (Humphrey), Bai. T. Jr., Tito (Varnii), her siblings, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends around the world.
Gillian was predeceased by both parents, Frederick K. Tulay and Massa Bailey, her beloved husband, Hon. Bai. T. Moore Sr., daughter Massa Coleman, and sons Momo and Nimley Moore.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Gillian’s memory to fund the building of a cultural and educational center in the village of Dimeh, on the Monrovia-Tubmanburg highway.
