During a time of loss, it may be difficult to find the right words…
The Moore, the Urey, the Fleming, the Flowers families wishes to inform you that, although it’s hard and with heavy hearts, deep sorry, profound regrets and sadness, Mr. George Kulleh Moore’s work here on earth is done.
He received his call on the evening of Sunday October 29, 2017, at the Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore MD, the sort of call you can’t refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning. His last assignment was to enjoy his family here on earth, and he did by spending, as always his last days with them, not knowing his calling was near.
His new assignment however comes with a huge bonus, a reunion in heaven with his mother, families and friends he has not seen in a long time. A place of love and peace, music, laughter, dancing, etc.
We were all blessed to have had him as our own for the time he was with us.
George K. Moore, aka “Georgee”, “old-pop-pee”, “my son”, “pa Juwah”, etc, etc,…A loving father, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, family man, helper, mentor, is survived by his children Marietta N. Moore and Miracle R. Moore; his father Stephen Urey; siblings , Merula Moore, Rainsford Moore, Evangeline Moore-Hill, Joyce (kolopee) Youfree, Jangar Mitchell, Isaac Urey, Lydia Pennoh, Grace Urey, and a host of other relatives, friends, in-laws, etc.
Wake Keeping and Funeral Services will be held at the peoples community Lutheran Church – 6200 Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21239
