He formerly served as Assistant Minister of Lands, Mines and Survey for the Republic of Liberia. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Mrs. Bertha R. McBorrough and his children: Albertine McBorrough Morris, Ottalee McBorrough-Diggs, Jacqueline McBorrough Cato, Ella-Mai McBorrough Wright, Brenda Baindu McBorrough, Christopher McBorrough , Willametta McBorrough Brown, Bernice McBorrough Morgan, Bertha Rena McBorrough Moniba, Paula Lisa McBorrough, William J. McBorrough, IV, Anthony Bertram McBorrough, Stanley McBorrough, Kona McBorrough, Wilna McBorough, Larvine Z. Harris, and Judith Kulah Ezike, 24 grandchildren, one great-grand child, and a host of relatives and friends.
