Mary Amelia Marshall

It is with great sadness that the Marshall family announces the loss of our matriarch, Mary Amelia Marshall, daughter of John Francis Marshall and Beatrice Marshall.  She passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 16, 2015 in Brooklyn, New York. She is predeceased by her siblings Nancy Marshall, Maude Marshall Smith, Williette Marshall Coleman, and John Francis Marshall, Jr. She leaves to mourn her loss, her daughters Mariet Harmon Morgan (Roland), and Dr. Ruby Harmon; foster son John K. Marshall (Lauretta); her sister Irene Marshall; a step-granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Her love and kindness to family, friends, and strangers will be sorely missed by all who knew her. May her soul rest in perfect and eternal peace!
