It is in deepest sorrow that we announce the home going of our dearest beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Niece, Cousin and best friend, in her 55th year, Ms. Janice Walker Logan, commonly called "Tomaah". Janice was the oldest child born on February 1st, 1954 to the late Mrs. Ruth "Darling" Albert (Gurley) and the late Mr. B.D. Walker. This sad event occurred on Friday, January 8th, 2010 at her home in Charlotte, NC.

She was married to Mr. Fofi Baimba which union produced three wonderful children, Deconti, Keifa, and Fojani Diamond Baimba (pre-deceased her in 2008). She was later married to Mr. Shem Logan.

Janice was a people-person who had many special close friends who loved her dearly who she also leaves to mourn her loss: Nuntia Davis, Agnes Brown Remmie (Julian), Pauletta Kirby, Joanna Slawon, Aruth Weeks Marshall (Michael), Cora Lolin, Rose Brewer, Rhonda Dunbar, Anna Michelle Lewis and Caroline Jarret, the Charlotte, NC Liberian & American Community with whom she shared 22 loving years and too many other close friends and relatives to mention by name in Liberia, Ghana and the United States.
