Precious in the sight of God is the death of his saints. The Soldier returns to his maker with the banner of victory in his hand. To God be the Glory!
His Excellency Ambassador Stephen Jaitoh Koffa, Sr., - Liberia’s Ambassador to the Far East (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore) – 1982 to 1994
Career Military Officer – Armed Forces of Liberia – 1954 to 1980. Retired Major General and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) – Republic of Liberia.
Undergraduate Military Training - United States Army Infantry School - Fort Benning, Georgia U.S.A. (1960)
Graduate Military Training - United States Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, U.S.A. (1964)
A Soldier-Diplomat with 38 years of combined Civil and Military service to the Republic of Liberia (RL).
The passing of his soul on to glory occurred on Friday, February 21, 2014 in Youngsville, North Carolina.
His legacy lives on through his wife of 54 Years, Margaret Mona Karpeh Koffa
