 Mrs. Flossy Luke King
The King, Luke, Miller, Maximore, Summerville and Moore families announce, with prodigious sadness, the home going of their grandmother, mother, sister, aunt and cousin, Flossy Luke King. The sad event occurred on Saturday the 25th of March at the home of her Son in St, Albans, NY. At 5:50 Post Meridian.
Mummy is survived by her many children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and grandchildren; along with a hosts of relatives and friends in Liberia, the United States and worldwide. She was predeceased by her father, J.T. Luke, her mother Ada Lee Morris; her husband The Right Reverend E. G. W. King II, her brother Henry Luke and her sisters Elfreda Moore, Adlena Maximore, Anna Summerville and Ida Morris.
We are all so grateful for the time that Mummy spent with us and we give praise to God for her long life. We will miss her but we are comforted by the assurance that we shall meet in the sweet by and by…
