Mamawolee
Kennedy
|
The
Kennedy and Gbagalo families announced with
profound regrets the death of our Daughter,
Mamawolee Kennedy. She is bereaved by a host
of Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews,
Cousins and Dear Friends. This sad event occurred
on July 14, 2010 at the Medical Center of Arlington,
Arlington, TX. Mama was the daughter of Mr.
David L. Kennedy, Sr. (who predeceased her in
Cleveland, Ohio on April 7, 2003). For her family,
she still lives forever with us.
Old-lady
as she is commonly called by her family, was
very affectionate, caring, loving & generous.
She developed every friendly relationship into
a family relationship. Her presence was felt
in every gathering and she never thought that
she was ever too big to do anything for anyone!
Mama
is survived by her mother, Kebeh Kennedy, (Gardnersville,
Liberia), brothers :( David L. Kennedy, Jr.,
Enos Kennedy, Gbagalo Kennedy, Mulbah Kennedy
& Talewoda Kennedy); sisters: ( Williametta
Lawrence-Okon, Christiana Kennedy-Yaidoo, Flora
Kennedy-Cowart, Rebecca Kennedy-Addy, Malavaley
Kennedy & Youngor Kennedy-Willie). She also
leaves to mourn a host of other relatives and
friends. Mama was a DEVOUR CHRISTIAN & never
ever felt too weary to serve her LORD. Old-lady,
may be absent from this world but present with
her LORD Who she SERVED to the END!!!!!!!!!
A Prayer
Father of all, we pray to you for those we love,
but see no longer: Grant them your peace; let
light perpetual shine upon them; and in your
loving wisdom and almighty power, work in them
the good purpose of your perfect will; through
Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
