The Karloweah, Dennis, Gould, Smith, Woods, Davis & Hardy families regret to announce the death in her 71st year of Mother Clarice Elpha Dennis Karloweah, Former President, Conference United Methodist Women, LAC/UMC, Former Vice-President Monrovia District Women LAC/UMC, Former President FUMC Women, Past Matron Queen Esther Chapter No. 1/OES, Honorary Past General Grand Matron/OES and Former General Administrator National Leprosy/TB Control Program, Ministry of Health.
This sad event occurred on Monday July 8, 2019, at 6:16 P.M at the SOS Hospital, Congo Town.
Clarice leaves to cherish her memories her children, Lamin Smith (Eva), Daniel B. Dogba Jr.(Sonie), Seth Lawrence, John William III, (Tina), Ghoma E. and Actoria Karloweah; 14 grand and great grandchildren; her siblings G. Wellington, John T. (Catherine), Benetta, M. Eugenia, Amahrue (Matilda), Rachel Eassie, Jean, Almond Q. (Leona), Dave(Juliana), Gloria, Mafoi (Emmett), Evelyn, Robert(Nelda) and Margaret; one aunt Massa Quaye, one uncle Francis Ansumana and 3 foster children; Mariama Kollie, Yonger Gayetee and Alice Zota; Also cherishing her memories are her big sisters, Rev. Dr. Erlene Perry Thompson, Theresa Leigh-Sherman and Everlena Ketter Cassell; her bestees Daphne Bowen, Inez Johnson and Eliza Kronyohn, several cousins, nephews, nieces and a host of other friends around the world.
