Kamah Varney

The Varney, Mamay, Norris, Kellogg, and Cooper families of Millsburg and the Washington, Richardson families of Virginia, wish to announce the passing of sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Kamah Varney, which took place on January 17th 2017 at the Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh , North Carolina.

She leaves to celebrate her death, her siblings: Spencer Clarke (Mabel), Sarnoe Mamay (Satta), Lady Paye (Victor-deceased), Nancy Roberts(Zinnah). Her children: Sarah Killen (Hartzel-deceased),  Caroline Cooper-Marbiah (T. Marbiah-deceased) Margaret Cooper,  Varney Cooper (Fatu), 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild, several nieces, and nephews including Moses and Charles Cooper.


Services are as follows:

Memorial Service will be held at Zebulon First Baptist Church, 304 E. Barbee Street, Zebulon, NC. 27597 on Saturday March 4, 2017 at 3pm.

Public viewing will begin at 1:00 on that same Saturday

FUNERAL:

Funeral services will be held at  First Baptist Church , Millsburg, Liberia on Saturday March 11, 2017.

Interment will be at the Mamay Family Plot in Millsburg, Liberia.
