It is with heavy hearts that we the Kaba, Okai, Sherriff, and Tolbert families announce with profound sadness the untimely home going of Emma Okai-Kaba, our dear wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. This sad event occurred on November 21, 2018, in a tragic motor accident in Stafford, Virginia. Emma is survived by husband Eric Seikou Kaba, her children Seikou Kaba, Siatta Baindu Kaba, step-daughters Maima Daba Olu Kaba and Miatta Lueann Kaba. Emma is also survived by her father Milton N. Okai, Mother Bendu Tolbert Sherriff (Hashim), and siblings Alexis M. Okai, Fodey Sherriff, Eric King, Murphy Bedell, Umuru G. Sheriff Brima Sheriff, Varffie Sheriff, Sunder Sheriff, and several aunts, uncles, Cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
