The Jones and Flomo families deeply regret to announce the home-going of Mrs. Dedeh Helen Flomo Jones. This sad event occurred on Sunday, August 16, 2020, at 2:00AM at the Fidelity Clinic on 20th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia.

Dedeh is survived by her husband Ernest C. B. Jones, Jr., the Jones and Johnson families; her children- Sowoe Ernestine Jones, Ageh B. Jones and his wife Mrs. Kwadi Samuels-Jones, Alvin Ernest Jones, and Edasa C. B. Jones; her grandchildren, Ernest C. B. Jones III and his wife Bropleh Kanteah Jones, Helen Mai Precious Johnson, Alvin Siah Allison, II, Ageh Briely Jones, Alyssa Brielle Jones, Adin Dukuly, Kema Dukuly, and many foster children and grandchildren; her siblings, Ethel, Beatrice, Mohamed, Mathew, Beawor, Comfort, Melehn, Carlton, Wesley, Nowah, and Joanda; her nieces who she raised her daughters, Louise Teetee Steele, Yassah Hellen Flomo, Kebeh K. Flomo; her uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins; her mother-in-law Mama Sowoe Ndawolo, her brothers and sisters-in-law, Rev. Gerald B. Coleman and his wife Mrs. Chunja Coleman, Mr. Jero Mends-Cole and his wife Elsie Bendu Mends-Cole, Mr. G. Alvin Jones and wife Mrs. Frances Jones, Mr. Mackanse Kolako and his wife Mrs. Siatta Kolako, Mrs. Sonie Kolako-Gongloe and her husband Cllr. Tiawon S. Gongloe, Mrs. Asata Babysister Kolako-Hodge and her husband Jerome Hodge, and a host of other extended relatives, friends, and professional affiliates.
Funeral Arrangements:

Dedeh’s body will be removed from the Samuel A. Stryker Funeral Home on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 5:00 PM and taken to the St. Peter Lutheran Church on 14th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia for Wake Keeping from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The funeral cortege will depart from the St. Peters Lutheran Church on 14th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, at 7:30AM on Saturday the 19th, for Salala.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the St. Andrews Lutheran Parish in Salala, Bong County; and officiated by the Clergy St. Matthew Parish of Paynesville.

Interment follows thereafter at the E. C. B. Jones Farm in Salala, near the Salala Gate.
