William Obeize Johnson (BILL)

A limb has fallen from our family tree.  “Grieve not for me” .  Remember the best times, the laughter, the fun, the good life I lived while I was strong.  My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.

The Miller, Morris, King, Maximore, Obeize and Johnson families sadly announce the passing of our beloved father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, William Obeize Johnson (BILL)  on Wednesday, June 3rd 11:50am 2020 at Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Bill or”Doc” as he was affectionately called will surely be missed by his family, loved ones and friends in the United States and around the world. He leaves to cherish his memories, his children Idella and William Jr. (BJ), his sisters Irlene Cooper Gibson, Sara Maximore Walker and Muriel Gardiner, his brothers E. George King, Roosevelt King, Charles Obieze and Uzo Obiwze, his cousins, other family and friends.

Memorial service will be announced at a future date.
