This sad event happened on January 16, 2014 at Eastside Medical Hospital, Snellville Georgia at 6:47 pm.

Wake and viewing of the body will take place February 14, 2014 at the Gregory Levett and Sons Funeral Home from 8:00pm – 11:00 pm located at 914 Scenic Highway S Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
