It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our loving Mother and Grandmother Martha Bellah Johnson. Martha was called to glory on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Brooklyn, New York, USA.
Martha B. Johnson has touched and left loving memories with all those she has encountered. Her warm, loving and welcoming spirit is one we will not soon forget.
Martha is survived by her husband, Robert Morgan, seven children, Angeline King-Jimice, Anna Carson-Hilaire, Janet Okanta, Alexander Okanta, Samuel Okanta, Tinisi Young and Wonwin Young; twenty-one grandchildren, Harrison Toh, Michelle Carson, James Kieh Nimene, Belloh Julius, Emma Kahler, Ronald Tarpeh, Ralphiette Tarpeh, Kasonna Samms, Lexus Young, Davon Young, Tinisi Young, Jr., Asia Young, Amber Young, Carol Reynolds, Janet Okanta, Alexandra Okanta, Natasha Johnson, Diamond Clarke, Amire Young, Amaya Young and Austin Young; seven great grandchildren, Steve Gono, Jamesetta Nimene, James Nimene, Jr., Gabriella Asumah, Ethan Paasawe, Zayden Young and Genesis Selwion; two brothers, Myer Swen and Chea Swen. She is predeceased by her parents, Amos & Daisy Swen, her brothers, Alexander Swen, Frederick Swen & Joseph Swen, and her son, Joseph Okanta.
Martha will be greatly missed by her family, friends and loved ones.
