Mrs. Clarice Kayata Diggs Johnson

The Johnson, Sesay, Caine and Ware Families regret to announce the homegoing of our dearly beloved and exemplary wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and matriarch Mrs. Clarice Kayata Diggs Johnson. She was a devoted member of The Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Paynesville, Monrovia Liberia and a loyal friend to many. This sad and unexpected event occurred on Dec 11, 2018.
She leaves to mourn her unforgettable loss her loving husband and best friend of 38 years, Mr. Molley B Johnson, her children, Mrs. Massa Johnson Tettey(Michael), Mr. Michael B Johnson, Ms. Monica Zoe Ware, Hassan Johnson, Father Allen Sie Winnie George, her sisters, Betty Caine Higgins(Charles), Florence Caine Sumo(Dexter), Mrs. Semunteh Caine Ogun, her brothers, Mr. George B Caine(Margaret), Mr. Fahnwulu Caine and Hon Mohammed Ware(Helen). Also to mourn her loss are her brother in law, Mr. Huzani Sesay(Marie),sisters in law, Mrs. Hawa Johnson Smith(Peter), Miss Maima Johnson and Miss Mary Johnson and a host of other relatives including several grandchildren, cousins, in-laws and foster children in Liberia, Ghana, United Sates, Canada and Europe.

As in the words of her favorite verse, John 15:13, Greater Love has no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends, ye are my friends if ye do whatever I command, Teta, CK, CJ as she was affectionately called gave so much of her indescribable love to so many that a vacuum has been forever left in our hearts! Indeed the world has lost a Matriarch and a beloved Angel!

Celebration of life

Wake Keeping: Friday January 11th at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church from 6pm to 9pm

Funeral: Saturday January 12th at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church at 9am

Interment follows at her home town in Jundu, Grand Capemount County
