Honorable Ambulai Bulleh Johnson, Jr.

The Johnson, and all other connected families announce with profound regrets the passing of Honorable Ambulai B. Johnson, Jr. (commonly called AB) Former Minister of Internal Affairs, Republic of Liberia in his 72nd year of birth.  This sad event occurred on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at his residence in Charlotte, North Carolina USA.

The remains of Hon. Johnson will be flown to Liberia for the funeral and interment.  Dates and times are as follows:
 
Friday, October 7, 2016
The body will arrive at Roberts International Airport and taken to the Samuel Stryker Funeral Home, Tubman Blvd., Monrovia, Liberia.
                                                                       
Friday, October 14, 2016
The body will be removed from the Stryker Funeral Home at 8:30AM and taken to Providence Baptist Church on Ashmun Street where the viewing, wake and tributes will begin from 9:15 to 10:30AM

(All tributes will be given during that period as tributes during the funeral service will be limited).
Funeral Service begins at 10:45AM to 1:00PM

Interment follows at his hometown of KORMAH.
                                                                       
Meanwhile prior to the body’s departure from the USA, a memorial service is slated for Friday, September 30, 2016 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church located at 3400 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28216. 

Viewing will begin at the church from 10:AM to 12N followed by a service from 12N to 1:00PM.
Because the body will be flown to Liberia, we ask that no wreaths or flowers be presented.
