The Hill, Gant, and Clinton Families announce with profound sadness the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Arthur Puche Hill who transitioned into eternal life on Friday, April 10, 2015 at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Monrovia, Liberia.

"Puche", as he was affectionately called, was the son of Deacon James H.E. Hill, Sr. and Deaconess Annie Henrietta Gant Clinton-Hill, who predeceased him in 1985.

He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Mrs. Celestine "Teta" Stevens-Hill, his father, Deacon James H.E. Hill, Sr., three daughters, Annie Pudding Hill, Cristalline Hill, Alvina Keri Hill, two sons, Alvin Puche Hill and Arthur Lex Hill, seven sisters Almarie Hill, Marilyn Hill, Alvina Clinton, Evelyn Hill, Joyce Clinton-Harmon, Marilyn Clinton, Leona Hill-Freeman (Rev. Momolu), brothers Armett Hill, James H.E. Hill, Jr., (Lynn), Harold Hasley and Henry Dubon Hill. Several nieces including Denise Sarkor, Cathena Freeman and nephews including Rupert Calvin Hoff, Jr., JoAlvin (JA) Gono, Joseph Harmon, Jr., cousins including Miatta Goll, many other family members including Rev. Emmett Dunn, Providence Baptist Church family, close friends/mentors Chris Massaquoi, Director of Police of Liberia and friends in an uncountable number.

He was a great, kind, loving husband, brother, uncle, cousin, fraternal brother, confidant and friend to all he came in contact with.

A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church

Friday, April 24, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
