It is with profound regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sevinia Dennis Hansford

Wife of the late Ambassador J. Charles Hansford Sr.,   This sad event occurred on Saturday October 22, 2016 at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland USA.

"Tete" as she was affectionately called was predeceased by her husband Charles and daughter Jhandi. She is survived by her children Salchi (Genevieve), Charles (Yvonne), Bendu, Daffeh (Theola), Maima, Muriel, Ellen, Rebecca (Lawrence) & Jhandi; Her sisters: Georgia Ross, Willamette Davis, Bendu Hickson, Amelia Harris and their children. Grandchildren: Beverly, Salchi, Darthula, Tonieh, Charles, Derrick, Shaka, Catherine, Darren, Julien, Boimah, Samatha, Charlize, John, Lucent, Justice and Micah; Several great-grandchildren and a host of relatives including the Dennis, Jones, Pritchard, Thomas & Hansford families.
