Florence Browne George

With
deepest sorrow, the Davies, Browne and George
families announce the unexpected passing of
our mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend,
Mrs. Constance Florence Browne George in her
80th year. This sad event occurred on Monday,
October 5, 2009 in Sterling, Virginia.
Constance
is survived by her children Olof Hermelin, Mahdea
George-Belleka, Kanda George, and Lynne George-Cassell
(Frankie); son-in-law, Warren Waller; grandchildren:
Fulkra Cassell, Arthur Cassell, Nikita Waller,
Pierre-Claver Belleka, Angelique Waller, Claudea
Belleka, Clara Naomi Cassell, Franklynne Cassell,
Desiree Belleka, and Lawrence-Michael Moore;
great grandchild: Nathan Cassell; sisters-in-law
Mrs. Louise George, Mrs. J. Eva George, and
Mrs. Marie Browne; cousins Mrs. Monroetta Weeks,
Mrs. Lovest Jones, and Eden C. Reeves, Sr.;
her dearest friends Ms. Leah Luke, Mrs. Lucretia
Moore, Mrs. Elsie Stewart, Mrs. Elizabeth Roberts,
and Dr. Juliet Phelps-Maxwell; nieces, nephews,
cousins; her co-workers from Lamco Hospital
and Lamco J.V. Operating Company and her beloved
church family of St. John's Episcopal Church
in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, and a host
of other relatives and close friends in the
United States and Liberia. She was predeceased
by her husband, B. Kerlie George, in July 1982,
and her daughter, Susanne Hermelin-Waller, in
May 2002.

Directions
to St. David's Episcopal Church:
From (Maryland): Take I-495 South toward Northern
Virginia. Merge onto 267 W via Exit 45A toward
Dulles Airport (Portions toll). Stay to your
right to the toll lanes, and pay toll (0.75
cents). Take the first exit - 16A (VA-7 W/Leesburg
Pike toward Leesburg). Drive for about 15 miles,
passing Reston, Sterling, Dulles Town Center,
and Ashburn Village Blvd. After you pass Ashburn
Village Blvd, stay to your right. Take the next
exit Claiborne Parkway South toward Belmont
on the right. At the first traffic light, make
a right onto Russell Branch Parkway. Come to
the next 3-way stop sign, continue straight
and you will see the church sign (St. David's
Episcopal Church) complex entrance on the right.
Make an immediate left when you enter the church
complex, and the edifice is straight ahead on
the right.
Directions
to Chestnut Grove Cemetery (from the Church):
Go south on Russell Branch Parkway. Turn left
onto Claiborne Parkway. Merge onto VA-7 East
towards Sterling/Tyson's Corner. Turn right
onto Dranesville Road/VA-228 S. Turn right into
Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
