The Gayflor, Ammons family announces with profound regrets the death of Mr. Charles Wurtzburg Gayflor, husband, father, brother, uncle and cousin. This event occurred at his home in Salisbury, NC on October 25, 2015 at 12:30 P.M. after a protracted illness.

Charles is survived by his wife – Willametta Ammons, his daughter Charlyn, and foster son Rufus Johnson. He is also survived by his grandchildren, brothers Abdullah Buzzie, Yekeh Buzzie, adopted brother Joseph Varney and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends in Liberia and USA.

Funeral arrangements are as follow:

Wake-keeping will be held on November 13th, 2015 at 6:00pm -8:00 pm, at the St John’s Lutheran Church, 200 West Innes St. Salisbury NC 28144

Funeral services will be held on November 14th 2015 at 11:00 am, at the St John’s Lutheran Church, 200 West Innes St. Salisbury NC 28144

Internment: City Memorial Cemetery – 1310 W. Innes St. Salisbury NC 28144
