She's survived by by her 8 children

And other host of relatives including Grand Children and Great Grand Children and other relatives in Liberia and the USA. The Late Rose Cooper Gargar was a former Liberia National Police Officer.
This announced was brought in by her daughter Leona Gargar Philip and her son Leon Gargar Of West Haven Connecticut.
