Ebenezer Anani Gaba

Sunrise: September 24, 1960 - Sunset: September 17, 2020

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die... Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:26
With sadness, the members of the Gaba, Dukuly, Ayayee, and Sanvee families of the USA, Liberia, Ghana, Togo, and Sweden announce the home going of their beloved husband, grandfather, father, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin, Ebenezer Anani Gaba on September, 17, 2020, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
Anani is survived by his devoted wife: Angela Gaba, his children: Ebenezer, Viola, Daylan, Gabrielle, and Jas’n, his siblings: Elfrieda Gaba, Octavius Gaba, Kwasi Gaba(Kim), Linda Richards(Hitlar), Laud Gaba, and Jepthah Gaba(Lorpu), his Aunts: Millie and Maima, four grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Anani was raised in Gbarnga, Bong County by his now deceased parents, Klaus and Viola Gaba.
Anani was a highly extroverted and caring individual who kept his family and friends laughing with the humorous jokes and anecdotes he constantly shared. Even though his passing is tinged with sorrow, we, his family can celebrate Anani’s life, gratefully acknowledging the warmth and benevolence he shared with us and those who knew him.

Due to COVID-19, the CDC guidelines for mandatory social distancing, and face masks will be implemented during the funeral and related events.

There will be a live stream of the service and the interment due to CDC guidelines on the numbers of in-person gatherings. ****The live stream will start approximately 5 minutes prior to the service and there will be a pause between the service and the interment as a result of travel to the cemetery****.
