Irene Bassey Freeman

The Freeman and Bassey families regret to announce the death of Mrs. Irene Bassey- Freeman who passed away on January 13, 2017 at the North Kansas City Medical Center after a short period of illness.   She was born to the union of the late Joseph Etim Bassey and Helen Bassey in the city of Monrovia, Liberia.

She was a devoted wife and mother who is survived by her dedicated husband, Mr. Dash Freeman and her loving daughter, Dasharene Freeman. She also leaves to mourn her mother Mrs. Helen Bassey, her siblings Mrs. Josephine Bassey-Horton, Rosalyn N. Bassey, Alexander Bassey, Afi Bassey, Sylvester Bassey and a host of other relatives and friends.  May her soul rest with the Lord in His everlasting grace.
