The Francis, Garrison, Tolbert families regret to announce the sudden, untimely and unpredictable death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, cousin and loving friend, Garland Lowell Francis, Sr. This sad event occurred on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 2:20 PM at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota surrounded by his wife, children, brother, and sisters.
Garland was a very loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Augusta Tolbert Francis, children: Garland L. Francis, Jr. (Michelle). Derek Francis (Chrissy), Wesley and Ashley Francis; two grandchildren Vanessa and Maliyah, his brother Melvin Francis, Sr. two sisters Patricia Francis Nicholas and Velma Francis Scurlock, and a host of nieces nephews, and cousins.
Garland was predeceased by his father Melvin Francis, Sr. , mother Lucille Garrison Francis and uncle Russell Garrison.
