 RICHARD ADAWOLE ELLIS
It is with heartfelt sorrow that the Ellis, Stewart, Blackett, Times and Sandimani families announce the homegoing of Mr. Richard Adawole Ellis, beloved brother, father, uncle, cousin, former member First Dimension, Former Medical Service Corps, United States Air Force, Former Hospital Corpsman, U.S. Navy and a well-accomplished and talented Artist. He departed this life on the morning of September, 26, 2019 at his home in Charlotte, N.C.
Richard was predecesed by his parents, Mr. Robert Jonathan Ellis, Sr. Mrs. Salome Elizabeth Ellis Barnes, four siblings: Mary Abeoseh Ellis Carper, Robert Joseph Ellis, Jr., Roland N. Ellis, and John Ellis, and Brother-In-Law William Carper.
He leaves to mourn his loss his children, Richard, Jr., Salome Alicia Ellis and Amara Courtney Ellis, his siblings Margaret N. Ellis Harris, Eliza J. Ellis Smith (Warren, deceased), Yvonne J. Ellis-Ricks (Sam), Archie L. Ellis, William E. Ellis and his Sister-In-Law Ethel Powell Ellis. His nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins and BOBFAN in the United States and Liberia.
