Loving Memory Fanny Kornekpellah Dunbar
Sunrise: March 10, 1939
Sunset: March 10, 2014
The Dunbar, Coleman, and Nelson
families mourn the loss of Fanny Kornekpellah Dunbar who went
to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at approximately
2:30 a.m. on March 10, 2014 at the ELWA hospital in Monrovia
Liberia. The late Fanny K. Dunbar was born on March 10, 1939
unto George Dunbar and N'Bette at the Dunbar Farm near Palala,
Central Province, and now Bong County. Her father predeceased
her in 1960 and her mother in 1992.
Our beloved mother Fanny was a kind-hearted,
loving, and genuine caring person who did so much for everyone
who cross her path. She actively lived the verses in Matthew
25:35-36, "I was hungry, and you gave me something to
eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I
was a stranger, and you invited me in. I needed clothes, and
you gave them to me. I was sick, and you took care of me.
I was in prison, and you came to visit me". Her favorite
song was "Little is much when God is in it".
Our mother truly loved while here
on this earth. Although our hearts ache for our mother, we
are truly blessed to have had her as our mother, daughter,
sister, aunty, grandmother, and friend. 2 Timothy 4:6-8 "For
I am already being poured out like a drink offering and the
time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight,
I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there
is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord,
the righteous judge, will award me on that day, and not only
to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing".
Our mother, Fanny Dunbar has gone home to her reward in Heaven.
