The Diggs, Togbas, Nahs, Doe, Keta and Koffa’s Families herby regret to announce the passing of their Wife, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Niece and Mother, Cecelia Juah Diggs. This sad event occurred on Saturday, September 9, 2017.

She leaves to mourn her loving and devoted husband Benjamin Diggs, two daughters-Jlatehtee Diggs (of Monrovia) and Amber Benetta Diggs of the US; her Mother-Suzana Doe of Monrovia, Two siblings-Suppose Togba (of Monrovia), and Mona Nah of the USA; several Uncles, including Augustine Doe of SC, Nieces (including Muku and Grace of NJ & NY), Cousins, Friends, and a host of relatives.
