The Devine, Tweah, Smith and Dowana families regret with deep sadness to announce the death of our Mother, Grand-mother, Great-grand mother, Sister, Aunt and Friend “Mrs. Beatrice Tweah-Devine. “Mama”, as she was affectionately called, leaves to mourn her loss 8 children: Richard B. Devine, Jeff G. Dowana, Wiayta Mamie Devine, Edwin Horace, Edwina Nana Devine, Uransi P. Ellis-Devine, Irene Smith-Munyeneh and Janet Smith; grandchildren: Momolu Sirleaf, Richard Devine, Beatrice Devine, Jeff Dowana, Chucky Dowana, Richette Devine, Henry Ellis, Randy Ellis, Isaac Wheaton, Wellina Cherrie Pennoh, Wiayta Devine, Lawrence A. Weah, Elixie Munyeneh, Daryl Devine, Alexander Devine, Angel Jacque, William Jacque, Dalphine Pushu Tweah, Emmanuel J.S. Munyeneh, Edwin K. Horace, Eddie Horace and Ecom Horace.

She also leaves to mourn her loss 5 siblings: Henry Tweah, David Tweah, Helen Tweah-Seh, Gertrude Tweah-Roland and Jackie Tweah-Swaray; 15 great-grand children, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends in Liberia, USA, Europe and Asia.
