Henry Jr. & Rachel Eassie Dennis along with
their children Khartumu (wife of Tim Holtzman),
Mardia (wife of Ronnie Shands), Rosetta Walker-Mistica
(wife of Harold Mistica), Kareem, David and
the other members of the Dennis, Gould, Otto,
and George families announce with profound regrets
the accidental death of their son E. Henry Dennis
III, in his 37th year. This unfortunate and
tragic incident occurred on Monday, September
19, 2011 at about 2:42pm at the Froedtert Memorial
Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, following
an accident in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Henry will forever be loved by his two young
sons; Miles Monroe Dennis (8 years old) and
E. Henry Dennis IV (6 years old) along with
their mother Dr. Sara J. Dennis of Fond du Lac,
Wisconsin; his parents, E. Henry Jr. & Rachel
Eassie Dennis, his siblings; David Dennis (Brother),
Khartumu Dennis-Holtzman (Sister), Mardia Dennis-Shands
(Sister), Rosetta Walker-Mistica (Sister), Kareem
Dennis (Brother), his uncles and aunts in the
USA and Liberia, his many nephews, nieces, cousins
and all the Dennis, Gould, Otto and George family
members.
