Cooper family announces with profound regret
the death in his 97th year of Rev. Titus Lee
Cooper, Sr., Pastor Emeritus First Baptist Church,
Gbarnga, Bong County. The event of his passing
took place in Monrovia, Liberia on October 21,
2011.
Rev. Titus L. Cooper's passing drives the final
nail in the caskets of his generation, which
included John N. Brown, Sherman Brown, Jr.,
Alexander Brown, Beatrice Brown, Stella Brown,
Ruth Brown, Emma Brown, Bathsheba Brown, Henry
Jefferson Cooper and Dorcas Cooper.
His
wife, Dorothy Z. Cooper, predeceased him along
with three children - Titus Lee Cooper, Jr.,
Kai Alpheus Cooper and Hilda Mardea Cooper-Langley.
He
leaves to mourn his loss his children - Jerome
Napoleon Brown, Janice Olivia Cooper, Thelma
Jubilee Cooper, Carey Jefferson Cooper, Q. Ivan
Cooper, Vondeh T. Cooper, Margo Cooper-Korkoya,
Marie Walker, Mack Cooper, Doris Sumo-Kermue,
and Nannie Wea-weah-Yates, Martha Juah, all
of Liberia and the USA; grandchildren, several
great grand children, 6 great great-grand children;
nephews - Hietha Brown, Sherman Brown, Newton
A. Brown, Jr., Alexander Brown; nieces - Pandora
Brown, Charlesetta Brown; numerous other family
members, friends and loved ones in Liberia,
the USA and other parts of the world.
