The Duncan, Darpoh and Chie families announce with deepest regrets the passing in her 68th year of their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and cousin, Ms. Acee Sarah Chie. This sad event occurred on December 2nd at 11:20 am at the St Joseph Catholic Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia after a protracted illness.
Acee Sarah Chie was predeceased by her parents, Mydea Dougan and David Chie. She leaves to mourn her loss, while cherishing her memories her three daughters: Hawah Ruth Roberts (Ambrose); Alexandria Cooper Wrimene (Emmanuel) and Brenda Amegashie Dokunor. Sister: Beatrice Chie Siryon, Brothers: Emmanuel Chie and David Chie. Grandchildren: Ada, Rupha, Albert, Roberto, Dessy, Emmanuel and Jada. Five great- grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends in the U.S and Liberia.
Funeral arrangement is as follows;
December 20, 2012 at 9 am: Removal of the Remains from the St. Moses funeral parlor to the Providence Baptist Church on Broad St.
Viewing: 10-11am
Funeral Service: 11am
Interment: Brewerville Cemetery. Monrovia, Liberia
Repast: Brewerville Town hall. Monrovia, Liberia
