She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Vee Carter-Bowel], Ms. Marie Carter, Mrs. Juanita Cappard, Mrs. Albertha Ghoson, Ms. Vecoma Carter, and one son, Mr. Othello Carter, several nieces, nephews, grand and great grand children, plus a host of relatives and friends.
