Mrs. Marion Tawah Caillendee

(December 12 , 1944 - January 12, 2019)

The Caillendee, Akoi  and  the many closely related family members; the families and friends of Bohlahun; the families and friends of Lofa, Liberia, Guinea and the United States announce with profound regrets the home going of their loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin, Mrs. Marion Tewah Caillendee. She was a member of Bolahun Alumni , Friends & Family Association (BAFA), a former midwife at the Liberian-Japanese Maternity Center, Monrovia, Liberia and a daughter of Bolahun, Lofa County. This sad event occurred on Saturday, January 12, 2019 At the Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta, GA, USA.

Aunty Marion leaves to mourn her loss, her husband Mr. Henry Saa Caillendee , many children, grand and great grand children. She is also survive by many sisters, brothers, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandsons-in-law, grand-daughters-law extended families of Bolahun, members and friends of the Bolahun Alumni, Friends & Family Association (BAFA), Lofa County, Liberia; Guinea and the United States.

Aunty was predeceased by her parents the late  Simon Akoi and Paula Miatta; sisters: Mildred Soko Wata Gbegbe, Cecelia Mollay and Megan Toma; and brother-in-law, Dr. Fredrick S. Gbegbe.

Aunty Marion will be missed. May her soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed rest in eternal peace. Amen.
