Hushan Bracewell

The Bracewell and Curtis families regret to announce the passing of Hushan Bracewell, affectionately known as Pelee or Husher. 

His death occurred on Thursday, March 12, 2020. He leaves to mourn his loss, his children: Etta Bracewell Parsons (Sam), Jimmy Bracewell (Gladys), Boyu Bracewell (Hadja), Perry Bracewell and Dearborne Bracewell. He also leaves to mourn his loss, several grandchildren and great grandchildren; ten nieces, nine nephews; three sisters: Mildred Bracewell, Ida Whisnant and Maryann Bracewell. 

He was predeceased by his four sisters: Louise Bracewell Mason, Anna Bracewell Tubman, Amanda Bracewell Curtis and Lala Bracewell.

If tears could build a stairway, and memories could make a lane, we would walk right up to heaven, and bring you home.  We love and miss you dearly.
