It is with great sadness the Bockry, Davies, Clinton, Jallah, and Norman families announce the loss of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, Godfather, brother, uncle, and cousin- Alfred Charles Bockry. Suddenly on April 29, 2020 in Fort Washington, MD. God called you home before we were ready but he had bigger and better plans for you with him.
Alfred Charles Bockry was born on September 21, 1942 in Freetown, Sierra Leone to the late Mohmoh and Mammy Bockari. He is survived by his wife Jean bockry, children; Dietrick (Ml’ka) Dyer, Fredicka Bockry, Grandchildren; Mejhe Minor and Carmela Bockry-Bell, Mother-in-law Margaret Jenkins, Brother-in-law Milton (Ann) Dyer, Sister-in-law Yvonne Evans, Sisters Kathleen Hanson, Francess Davies and Adeline Essien.
Alfred also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins and friends, one special cousin/brother George Clinton of Providence, RI and Chalnecia Jallah.
Funeral Arrangements:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the visitation will be limited strictly to10 persons at a time in the house of worship. Funeral and burial arrangements are private.
