
This is to announce the triumphant home-going of Mr. James Beyan Barr Sr. of Paynesville, Parker Paint, Liberia (formal employee of LAMCO, Yekepa). From a humble beginning on September 16, 1940; in Zorzor, Lofa County to the union of Kpadeh Barr (late) and Lawuo Sonnie (late), JB-6 went on to become a man of prominence and a pillar in the Liberian society. He was called to rest on April 23, 2018 leaving to mourn his loss his faithful wife of 51 years, Mrs. Dinah Browne Barr also of Paynesville, Parker Paint (Brewerville).
Jimmy was pre-deceased by his two sisters Nadea Barr and Grace Barr Howard Moleazee (Pewu Moleazee) and two children James Beyan Barr Jr. and Kebeh Cooper Koffa (Nathaniel Koffa). Also mourning his loss is his loving sister Kebbeh “Aunty Norma” Barr, a host of nieces and nephews, grandchildren, many mentees and loved ones.
