Mrs.
Maryann Naissa Redd Barker
With profound sadness, the Barker, Redd, Eggerly,
Addy, Davis and Gittens families announce the
home -going of our loving mother, grandmother,
aunt, cousin and friend Mrs. MaryAnn Naissa
Redd Barker. Mother Barker fought a good fight
and went home to be her Lord and Savior on Wednesday
February 24,2010.
She leaves to mourn her loss her children: Christian
B. Eggerly (Thereasa), Alfreda. Eggerly-Tucker
(Emmanuel), Mai Barker, Precious Barker Walo,
Jemima Barker Vincent, Alice Barker. Cecelia
W. McGill and children.
Other
surviving relatives: Sisters, Winifred Redd
Gittens, Cecilia Addy Fayia and Mardia Addy.
Stepfather, Mr. David Addy Sr., brothers, Jeremiah
A. Redd, David Addy Jr., Cecil Addy, Winston
Addy and James Addy. Andrew Redd, Wilma Dennis
Bailey, Zeline Eggerly, Alice Jackson, Joe Davis,
the Wreh family, ten grandchildren, nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Close
family friends include: Bishop Solomon Ernst
and members of the Trinity International Baptist
Church in Columbus, OH.
Her
husband, Samuel S. Barker, sons, Joseph Eggerly
and Sackie Barker and
Daughter, Naissa Barker predeceased her.
