With heavy hearts and profound regret, the family of Joseph J. Barclay sadly announce his departure from earth on Monday, August 13th, 2018 in Newark, NJ.
He is pre-deceased by his parents Rocky and Ethel Barclay; siblings Kona Barclay, Harry Barclay, Arthur Barclay and Roosevelt Barclay. He leaves to mourn his lost his son Josepha Barclay, siblings Florence Barclay, Ethel Payne, Winifred Barclay, Lucretia Barclay, Amelia Bryant, Alexander Barclay (Augusta), Georgia Larmie (Robert) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends in Liberia and the United States.
Joseph was a fun loving, kind and thoughtful person. Although, he will be greatly missed we rejoice in knowing that he is resting in everlasting peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
